Liberty air 2 pro call option not showing in IOS app, and I am unable to answer or reject the call, also firmware is saying already updated current version is 3 point something

I’ve had this. This is what I do:

  1. Unpair in iOS
  2. Put buds back into case and close
  3. Remove/delete device in Soundcore App
  4. Force close app
  5. Delete/forget the buds in iOS
  6. Reboot phone
  7. Pair again with bluetooth
  8. Open soundcore app
