Liberty Air 2 left bud doesn't charge or connect

Hello! Hope you are all well! My left earbud refuses to charge in the case. And in addition to that it won’t connect to the right earbud. I can turn it on manually and it will connect to my phone but it shows up as a separate device, but when I put it in the case it keeps playing music.
I tried contacting customer support, but unfortunately I’m barely out of the warranty date. What should I do? What can I try to fix it?

Couple basic things I would suggest which I’m guessing customer support also asked you to do.

  • Clean the copper contacts on left earbud and in the case.
  • Reset the earbuds using the video:
  • Forget the pairing from you phone (both left and right)
  • Pair again using this video:

What is the firmware version? There are 3 different versions out there. I think there was another similar and thought it would be good to know if it is the same version.
