Liberty Air 2 - cannot respond calls

I am happy with LA2 when listening music and watching videos on my phone (android). But when I receive a call, I can sometimes hear call ringtone via LA2. Even in cases when I hear it, I cannot respond calls by tapping 2 times ( as desribed in the manual).

This is not the case when I make a call. The other party hears perfectly. But receving a call works 50% of the time, and responding a call never works :frowning:

Any ideas?
