yes, had tried to change my name couple of times, but ended up with different display name and username.

No, we cannot change it. Need to submit the request to Anker team. And believe this is a one-time only change.

Nope. I have changed my name twice so far .
I think if someone started changing their name once a week or something, anker might put a hold on things
