Left Earbud Issues Zolo Liberty

My left earbud is able to turn on and I can hear the sound of it turning on and off but I can hear anything when play music or videos.

I would delete the earbuds from the device you are using to connect to the earbuds, then remove both earbuds from the case. Once that is done put the right earbud back into the case and hold your finger to the touch pad on the right earbud for about 7 seconds, once it blinks red you are done with that earbud. Then you will put the left earbud into the case and hold your finger to the touch pad until it blinks red also. After you have done that they should pair and play like normal, but you will have to repair them to your device since you deleted them.

Same issue here. I can hear it turn on but is not connecting to the right one.

I’ve tried putting them in the case and pressing the button for 7seconds or more but nothing happens like that. White light keeps on as it charges.
