Left bud will not charge and.does not flash

Left earbud does not flash or change when put in case. Any ideas?

Is it just a bad product, only used a few times?

Hello @Eric_Winterburn ,
Would you please let us know which model earbuds you have? Some things you can check in the meantime:

  • Make sure the charging contacts are clean on the earbud
  • Make sure the charging contacts are clean in the case
  • Try a different charging cable
  • Try a different wall charger / USB port

To further add…

  • makes sure the earbuds are properly seated in the case
  • press the button on the back of the case to make sure the case is fully charged.

Consider if you haven’t used the ina lengthy period of time, or charged them regularly, they could have over discharged.

As @TechnicallyWell has stated if all else fails, please work to contact service.
