LEDs not working but a anker power back still working

Hey,

I have an anker power back 20100 mAh for some reason when after charging or charging the 4 blue leds do not work but the power bank in just fine.
Does anyone know how to fix these 4 leds?

Could be a loose connection inside.
If its of of warranty you could open it up, but there is a risk you will break it.
Personally I would leave it as is.
