These look great, bet they are delicious. :yum: My grandmother started teaching me to bake when I was very young. My cakes and pies were always ugly and fell apart (and still do) so she told me what you cook or bake doesn’t have to look pretty (trying to make me feel better) as long as you enjoy the time making AND eating.

Went for a lay down earlier, and when I awoke, I found a fresh batch of rock cakes (the fiancée has been busy) … So glad I’d bought a new pack of butter in the week!
