Lberty air 2 felt and broke on first drop

2 days ago, I dropped one of my liberty air 2 buds. I got them as a gift from christmas from my aunt who lives in usa, and I was there just to visit, since I’m from Brazil. Got 0 support from anker Brazil, entered in contact with anker from USA and they told it was not covered by them, since the bud dropped and was not a manufact issue, now I got very disappoint since it took 1 drop to break one of them, anyone here passed by similar situation?

I don’t think any electronics company would provide warranty for their product which is damaged due to user’s mistake. Same is with Anker or Soundcore.

You need to accept it with a grain of salt :slightly_frowning_face:

There is one option… If you bought the product with credit card, check if they have purchase protection, Sometimes called damage protection, purchase protection insures goods against theft or accidental damage for a limited time. So check it out and hope this helps!

That’s really bad luck.
But it was your fault and its not a warranty problem of ANKER.
May be your aunt will donate you another one.

A vida e dificil, nao e?
Mas nesta altura ha problemas muito mais graves.
Um abraco

So head to Soundcore.com and reply on the Thread Giveaway: UAC Limited Edition Liberty 2 Pro
