Just updated App for iPad ( pre iOS 10 ) and App no longer working

My main computer works on Windows 10 but I still use my old iPad which Apple don’t have an update to iOS 10 for.
I purchased the EUFY home security a few months ago but was unable to find a EUFY App for Windows 10. I did manage to download the Apple App it worked really well on my ‘old’ iPad UNTIL I DOWNLOADED THE LATEST EUFY APP UPDATE YESTERDAY.

Being 77 I really need to view ‘events’ on a larger screen than my smartphone.

PLEASE CAN ANKER EITHER PRODUCE AN APP FOR WINDOWS !0 or RELEASE AN APP THAT WILL WORK ON PRE iOS 10 iPADS ?

Hallo Stan,
Do you really think the version of the app is no more compatible with the OS you use?
Or could that be another issue
Normally an error shows up and you are told , the app will not work with this OS version.

I have an antique IPAD which gets NO more support at all. Of course not from Apple and there are no more apps available. So I keep all untouched.

May be you can get the last working version from Eufy.
