Just Installed Doorbell Have Solid Red Circle

I just installed the doorbell. It seems to be working but I have a solid red circle vs the blue I see in the photos. Does the red circle mean something.

From the FAQ on the Eufy website it sounds like the voltage is too low from your doorbell wiring…

Ok thanks for this I will look at my wiring to verify it is setup correctly.

I had exactly this problem when I installed mine. Just replace the transformer currently hooked up to your doorbell with one that goes high enough for the Eufy.

Thanks off to Home Depot

I have this one and has worked for all of the doorbells I’ve had: https://amzn.to/34C0FNx

The higher power setting can power two depending on which ones (Nest & Ring Pro 2 or Nest & Eufy or Nest & Amcrest are the ones I’ve tested so far with two on the higher power setting).

Just an update I went to Home Depot and purchased and installed a Hampton Bay 30VA Transformer. It solved the issue. Thanks for pointing me the right direction.
