Issues with Soundsync Drive for phone calls

Hi, I got a Soundsync Drive for my car. Using the iPhone 8 with it, I get great music and podcasts but the volume goes unusably low for phone conversations or when dictating for a text message.

Any ideas what the issue is?

Does your phone have separate volume settings for Calls, Media, etc?

As @Helix mentioned, please try changing the volume while you’re in a phone call. Depending on the Bluetooth device, the iPhone sometimes keeps separate volume settings between music and phone calls (so your music does not come back blaring when you end a phone call). You can also change Siri’s volume by pressing the volume buttons while Siri is speaking.
