Issue with homebase 2 : unable to add homebase 2

Hi,

I had some issue with my homebase 2 for 2 month, it didn’t send notification to my phone (i received it when i connect to the app only).
It worked during many months before.

Today, i tried to remove the base from the app, and now i Can’t add it to the app again.

After powering the homebase 2 on, the LED changes from a blinking red to a solid red, then I get the welcome message and directed to follow the steps in the app, then a blue blinking LED. after following the steps in the app and I scan the QR code I am getting an error message that says : “Unable to add HomeBase 2” . I tried many times, and it didn’t work.

Please help.

@mighty47 have you tried signing out of the app and then back in before attempting to add the Homebase again?

I tried it many times, but it doesn’t work.

It seems that the problem is the blue blinking LED.

It’s also impossible to reset the homebase, when I try it only say that the homebase can’t connect to the internet…
