I’ve had my Soundcore Liberty Air earbuds for a while now and they’re working great. Well, they have been up until a little while ago. Sometimes the audio is ‘louder’ in the right bud than it is in the left one. So the balance is a bit wonky sometimes.
Usually it corrects itself after a while but I’m assuming this isn’t a normal thing, and it’s kinda getting to the point where it’s becoming pretty annoying/slightly worse every time it happens.
I might have dropped one of them (or both) at least once, fell to the floor. I’ve done a reset of the buds yesterday and it worked great since, but when I started them up just a minute ago it’s back to the same issue …
So my question is, is there any way to fix this, or …?
Note: I got them through a local retailer, not directly through anker.
