I got a Soundcore Flare and was able to pair it with both my phone and Macbook. Though, I’m now trying to pair it with my Surface Pro 3 and it’s just not working. When I try to connect to it I get the message “That didn’t work. That passcode isn’t right. Try adding your device again.” Though, there is no passcode or anything like that coming up when I select “Pair”. I’ve tried restarting the Surface and turning the Soundcore on both before and after turning on Bluetooth. I just repeatedly get the same message. Anyone know how I can get it to pair? I’ve paired an Anker bluetooth speaker with the Surface before with no issues. I had a small mini cube speaker I got in 2016.

As far I see the OS is WIN10 on this laptop.
We all know, there are always issues pairing bt-devices under that OS.
Normally we recommend to delete the MS default bt driver and replace it with that of the bt-card manufacturer.
You should give that a try.
