Is there any rules on Testing Products?
I would really appreciate any help since I am brand new to this community.

Usually there is a time limit that you have to post your review. I don’t remember seen any particular limitations.

Is this for a product you have already received or in general?

It normally depends on the rules of the testing event but on average you are requested to submit a testing plan, complete testing and submit your review within 2 weeks of receiving your item.

I wouldn’t see any reason to not. The testing events are always a blast (if chosen for it), just make sure to make your plan as original as possible. It definitely helps (as it did for me with the Nebula Prizm I was chosen for)
