Everything works fine on my newer android phones. But I’m trying to set up an old android tablet with the eufycam app. If I try to watch a video I only hear the sound. If I try to use a camera to watch live, it will stay stuck on “preparing to play” with the eufy logo spinning.
All my cameras and base stations are on the latest firmware. I reset my base stations just in case, but again, everyone’s newer phones have zero problems. Just this old tablet which is running Android 6.0 and the latest version of the app.
