is the life q20 is not supported by the app ?

I have my new headset life q 20 and i have troubles connecting it to the soundcore app am i missing something ?

I do not have the q20 as they are an older headeset. I know they revamped the head set to a q20 plus and I believe those are listed in the app.

The Anker Soundcore Life Q20 headset does not currently support the Soundcore app. If you’re having trouble connecting it to the app, it’s because this model is not designed to integrate with it. Liteblue Guide You can still use the headset for its primary functions like listening to music and making calls without needing to connect to the app.
