Is the AC outlet on the Powerhouse grounded?

I can’t tell from the product description. It looks like an empty plastic hole where the ground plug goes.

I did a search for this and couldn’t find it elsewhere on the forum. Thanks.

I don’t see how it can be grounded, it is a portable charger, so by definition not grounded. It would have to be physically connected to the ground with a wire, so making it not portable.

Of course it is possible for it to be grounded while it is being charged but I doubt that too.

Thought US plugs were two prong as most are double insulated, negating the need for a ground pin?

While the Powerhouse 200 might look like it has a 3 hole AC connection the bottom hole of the AC output is for solar recharging, from what I read.
