Is Roav Brand name not exclusive to Anker Anymore?

While checking Instagram, came across a brand selling Sunglasses as Roav.

Anker still has a lot of Car Accessories under Roav Brand…

Is this something for Anker Roav legal team?

Different looking logo and clearly not overlapping nor competing so I doubt any appetite to go legal here. A trademark doesn’t stop others using the same set of letters so long as looks sufficiently different it’s obviously different company.
