Is my powecore plus broken?

Just recently bought a powercore plus my thing is when I charge it the lights that indicates how much charge it have keep circling

Thats normal as it charges each of those lights become solid as that percentage of the pack is charged. So it will continue to light up and go around until its fully charged

That’s is the problem it won’t stay solid

It wont stay solid until it is charged, each light is a percentage and once that percentage is charged it will stay solid with the rest flashing in a circle until the next one is charged so on and s forth

What is the make and model of your battery pack, also what are you using to charge it? Depending the size and charge being used ita not uncommon to see the packs tak 8 hours or nore to fully charge

Hello, because my old lightning cable was broken, I asked a friend who is working for Apknite to buy an Anker cable on Amazon. However, when plugging the phone into the phone, the iPhone does not seem to recognize the charging device, or if it does, only needs to move the phone a bit the charging will be interrupted suddenly. What should I do?

Using the apple plug and the usb cable comes with it

Which apple plug? If its the one that comes with iphones, then that is why its taking so long to charge. The iphone plug otputs 5v 1a and ideally you want to use a wall plug that can output at least 5v 2.5a.
