The servers are indeed down at the moment. They have posts on Eufy community and 1 post here saying they are working on it

Sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused.

The server was back on line at 4:15PM EST. Jun 15th (1:15 PM PST. Jun 15th).
We know apologies aren’t enough here, but please re-check your devices again, everything is back to normal right now.

My folks are seeing a constant “Camera is offline” message after an apparently successful setup process with a new Indoor Pan & Tilt 2K.

Are there ongoing server issues that could be causing this? My dad says he’s getting a firmware update prompt at the end of the setup steps, but the update fails.
