IR lights: no glow for use inside a owl's nest?

I am using a Eufy Camera 2 for my nestcam. However, I am noticing the owl seems to be conscious of the IR lights. Does any model have a no glow option or is there anything I can do about reducing the intensity to make it less bothersome for the bird?

Ive never used a night vision product that doesn’t show the illuminates IR diodes when in use.
