Introducing: Our Brand New Bluetooth Speakers

:unamused: such a big boy he is.

no I think its nudge a little to the left or right of random based on-topic. So at least its fairer but mostly random. I feel better the winners will be more fairly picked now.

350 isn’t a winning number, it’s 400, plus I think Anker mentioned at random instead of number…

Oh i didn’t realize, thanks for telling me

must… sleeep… sooon!

starting to feel icky :poop:

Need to get me one of those spinny thing-a-ma-jigs to keep my fingers off the keyboard

cool now we’re nowhere near 300 or 400 it goes slow again. So now I type slower. I’m curious, what would be your perfect speaker? Personally I have the Sport XL which I gave to a young lady and she sings to it in the shower and takes it to youth group meetings, I have the Mini but I didn’t like the audio quality myself (not a criticism, we each have different tastes), it would not pair with my laptops, and I gave that to a young man who seems happy with it (better than some other brand he had before). My fave, I keep seeming to come back is the Nano as its a crisp audio for voice, and the earbuds (currently the Slim). The Slims are so good they are causing my $400 Bose QC35 to be used less often as the Slims do a decent noise isolation and are loud.

I think, therefore, I’d like a waterproof version of the Nano made next - small size, crisp audio, but capable of using near water (in my case in the shower or on outside of something when walking in rain).

I like how these new speakers have a nod to waterproofing, but they all seem large. So I’m wondering which of these new speakers are a good balance of being small, good audio for voice, and waterproof?

All I need is coffee, then I will be fine. I got this. I’m a warrior. I will get my bro this. I believe that Pluto is a planet.

Hmmm, I think they invented a new word - “planetism” or “dwarf planet”

And to keep on topic still.

My perfect speaker? I’m not really picky, however being raised with Bose speaker, the slightly taller then waist high ones, I obviously need great bass and volume! This is also because I need music up on the highest notch so nobody hears my horrid singing! And I need it waterproof, cause I nearly had a panic attack when I dropped my phone at the beach the other days in a puddle. If that was to happen to me with a speaker that wasn’t protected… Boy… I would cry my dramatic eyes out.
But other then those tow, I need to to be portable and easy to carry, not too much weight on the speaker that I would want to leave it at home.

Very lovely and beautiful!! I would take some photos myself of the view but all that I have here is houses covering great views, no stars, and the occasional plane flying above about to land.
