So Anker does different types of competitions. This one is really a random selector. Which is cool, they did it other ways based on substance, quality, effort in the past.

All Anker has to do is see if the post came from the same IP address. Case Closed

Anker should be able to detect via either cookies or IP address. You’d need someone using a proxy and incognito browser to fool the system. I’ve been in forums being bombed by bots and you can tell usually by the badd yuse of grama .

Interesting, but if someone were to use TOR or a VPN or a SSH dynamic port to another host, then they’d appear as from another unique IP. You cannot out-geek a geek.

I think I prefer the @AnkerOfficial revised approach - pick someone at random substance. The use of a post number just causes spam.
