Anyone else find these the worst instructions ever, other than the ones translated from Chinese to English by someone who doesn’t know English.
The little diagrams pics are pretty useless and orientation into the ear is not obvious - especially to someone who cant wear iphone earplugs.
So I used them this morning for my Parkrun. I paused the playing music to listen to the pre-run announcements and then they would not play again and no time to sort out as the run was off. Were they flat battery or disconnected. No way of knowing.
Every adjustment of the bud in the ear causes the controls to operate.
Its probably great tech to get all this in a tiny bud, but somehow the UX needs a major improvement?
Anyway I’ll persevere this weekend and see how it goes.
Sorry to hear that, sounds like your off to a bad start. What product are you speaking of? Is this Anker and if so which Anker earbuds?
