Infini Pro Input Problem

I have a pretty simple setup, Nvidia Shield to the HDMI-in port, HDMI-out to the TV. The problem is, when I turn my system on, It switches to the TV input (instead of the HDMI input). I have to give it 30-60 seconds then manually switch it. I thought maybe this had something to do with HDMI-ARC, so I switched to a non-ARC input on the TV, the problem persists. Any ideas?

I had similar issue with my Polk Audio soundbar, turns out it was the type of HDMI cable I was using. Once I switched to a newer cable it worked fine.

I have the same issue with my LG TV. I’ve tried several new, higher end cables but it does not fix this issue. Any other ideas?
