In bluetooth, the sound stop when the song change

Hello,

for Christmas, i buy a Anker Sound Core Pro with Amazon France.

The sound is very amazing but i’ve got an issue.

In bluetooth only, when I listen to the music (from my smartphone) with Deezer, each time, even if my music still continue on Deezer, the sound stop. It could happen after 1 song, 10 minutes or 1 hour. There’s no rule for that.

I perform some test with another phones, and i’ve got the same issue.

What can i do ?

sorry to hear that you have a Problem with this product. It should not be like that.
Please contact the Anker support via this email address: support@anker.com
And please include an description with the Problem, the serial number of the device and the Amazon order number. :sunglasses:

Your device will then be replaced.

What is Deezer

@gbonny1 just follow the advice from @pauldey

You will find out why Anker has the best customer support and I’m sure they will fix the problem.

@Surge_Shock - Deezer is a music streaming service much like Spotify

There may be compatibility issues, I suggest you to test again by changing a new cell phone and try another music app. If that doesn’t work, you could contact us via support@anker.com for a replacement product.:innocent:

Contact customer support.

I would email deezer as well. A simple search of bluetooth problems turns out recurring issues. You may be caught in some known issue.
