I´m not happy!

anker 3143 never works. Won´t charge.

Hi @Ricardo_Storck, welcome to the forums! Sorry that your Anker Bluetooth speaker is not charging!
Have you tried another charging cable or wall charger? Does the LED indicator come on when it is connected to a charger?

Yes, i tried many others cables and wall charger (with others cables) and the same problem again.

When i put the charge cable, the LED appears amber, like in the manual when is charging, but it is during 10 seconds, 5 seconds, 20 seconds, and the LED amber disappear.
So, when i turn on, LED red and blue appear and first sound, but turn off and don´t work more.

It seem´s that can´t get charging.
like if had some problem with the charging port.

Please, help.

For everyone, I had an issue with a BT speaker and emailed Anker and got an auto reply saying:

To improve the quality and efficiency of our customer service team, we will be carrying out a complete system upgrade from Jan. 26th (Thursday)- Feb. 3rd (Friday). Whilst we’ll make our best efforts to respond to all messages in a timely fashion, we may be slower than usual for the aforementioned days.
