I’m searching for a replacement dust collector bin for the 11s. I’m an idiot and apparently threw it out while dumping it 
Does anyone have an 11s that isn’t working anymore that I could buy the bin from you?

But looking at mineM there doesn’t seem to be a part number

Lol thanks guys. I have no idea what I did but it’s not in my house. Space cadet here.
I did email them and will call on Monday. I’ve emailed a bunch of eBay sellers with broken units too.

Have you checked all around your property?
I have read some story’s of the bins coming out under furniture if the Robovac got a little stuck.

That’s what I was for sure happened. Checked everywhere, even outside in case the dog took it. I just can’t fathom that I tossed it, but when I get busy I’ve been known to do dumb things like that.

If you really find it anymore:
Contact the support.
If there is no success, there are repairers to be found who may offer those parts.

We need spare parts here… any way to order them from Anker?

The brushes, the filters etc are offered.
To get a replacement for the bin will be difficult.

I saw these ones from eufy and after market brands as well but anything beyond like motors or other items would be great.
