I Have A Concern

With the seemingly growing popularity with small power charging devices, I’ve noticed an increase in other brands attempting to capture part of the spotlight from the well known products Anker has created.

My concern is, How does one really know their getting a true Anker product and not some forgery… is there a system or services which verify products one has purchased in order not to get ripped off. I see these types of occurrences dealing with forged pocketbooks etc…

One thing to check is that your Amazon order is “Sold by AnkerDirect”. Basically, anyone can go to a product’s listing and offer to sell the product as a third-party. You do need to be careful that you are purchasing from legitimate sources.

Dear @AmpLighter,

Firstly, we would like to explain that we sell our products through Amazon, ebay, Walmart and many other famous online and offline stores.

If you want to make sure that your Anker product is the genuine one, you should first order our products from our certified seller.

Because we can only offer an exchange or refund for the purchase you made according to our 18-month warranty that covers any quality or manufacturing related issue,as long as you purchase our product through AnkerDirect store or a certified Anker reseller!

Moreover, we could confirm if your Anker products are authentic by verifying the SN on our system. Please kindly understand that the SN ( series number) consists of digits and characters such as SN: 323DOW or SN: FY529241.

Hope this helps you and if you have any other product question about us, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@anker.com by detailing your order number and the problem you come across. We will reply to you and resolve your problem within 1 business days.

Cheers:)
