I cant access the camera while not home

Hello,
Today when i left the house i tried to access the camera but i get (unable to play live video) when i got back and connected my phone to the same wifi the homebase connected, i can watch the live stream again, any suggestions?

Turn off wifi in your smartphone, and try using the Eufy app and (doorbell, cameras) using just your phone’s 4G. If that works, I would say that the issue was just temporary in nature.

The security mode on the app was switched by itself to home, when i selected Away it was fixed and i can watch the live stream on 4G.
