Hulu on Mars ll

I cannot get Hulu to work on my Mars ll. I reached out to the Anker Support team months ago. Can I get some assistance here? It used to work just fine. I am running the latest OS as of 07/30/19. Thank you.

I just tried it on mine and ita working fine. Have you tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it to see if that fixes the issue?
Also when i tried I went to use Hulu, this popped up for the first time, maybe this is the issue for you? I dunno
