Good evening, I am having difficulty sharing the account with my husband. He got the email, for sharing, downloaded the app and there is nothing indicating that he accessed the same account. He put in his own email and when we attempted to scan the QR code, there was an error message. How can I share with him on the same account with a different phone or access point?
