How to reset volume on Soundbuds?

I think I accidentally turned the volume all the way down, and no matter how many times I hit the up button I still get no sound

Hi @Christopher_Brockban , I’m guessing that the buds are charged and connected to your paired device? Are you able to increase the volume first on your paired device (phone etc) and then try to control volume up / down using the buttons? If you are still unable to control volume via the physical buttons you would be best sending a email to support@anker.com with your purchase date and troubleshooting steps taken, as it sounds like a defective pair.

Maybe hold down the + & - buttons on the inline remote for a few seconds so they reset and unpair and try pairing again or even pairing with a different device. Worth a try.
