how to increase recording time on 4g security camera?

Hi all,
Just set up my 4G security camera - it is recording for 20 seconds, I’d like to extend recording time.
Can anyone help?
I’ve tried the suggestions on this website, maybe a little outdated as it didn’t work for me.
