How do you power your workstation?

I sit at my desk almost everyday and while I don’t have a lot on it I do have my favs which keep me sane and going all day. What gadge do you have on your workstation?

Keep mine simple, normally one or two Anker cables for charging from computer USB ports (seems a waste using an additional PowerPort 5) and a pair of Anker Slim / Curve earbuds for when away from the desk completing repairs…oh there also a SoundCore providing radio for the office

I don’t have a workstation, I work in a warehouse (The Home Depot) and am arts and craft store (Michael’s) so I’m always in the backroom or on the floor. But my 20k battey pack and anker micro USB cable is always with me

I used to use the computer ports but found them slower plus I won this PowerPort so brought it in for few of us to hook up to

I use the Anker powerstrip with the usb ports built in, helps reduce clutter!

Can’t get them in the UK :weary:

@AnkerOfficial please can we have the power strip in the uk?

Nice setup. Also what in the world do you use all those USB ports for lol?

It is pretty sweet, comes with power IQ and everything! It also has + shaped holes on the back for mounting, pretty slick!

Not trying to rub it in, just expressing my satisfaction:joy:

Gingy approves of Anker! Look at that high appendage. (Lack of fingers)

All I use is a 6ft cable for my iPhone, a PowerCore 10k and Powerport elite

I’ve got a Lightning Cable for my phone, Micro USB for my earphones and me and a colleague have our USB desk fans plugged in lol

-6 foot Anker Lightning cable routed up to my desk to charge my Iphone.
-Anker Soundcore 2 Speaker under my monitor.
-Micro USB cable routed into my drawer to charge my speaker or anker soundbuds slim or surge. (Keeps the clutter to a minimal while being charged. Also prevents them walking away from my desk).
-Company issued Surface Pro Tablet/Computer with docking port that hooks up my Monitor/Mouse/Keyboard. Attached the dock behind my monitor for a cleaner look. Have it set up to run as dual monitor when hooked up to charging dock.

Very nice. What are those Surface Pro’s like? I’ve got an iPad Pro which I really like but it’s a massive iPhone really

I actually really like the Surface Pro for work functions. When docked to the monitor/keyboard/mouse, it functions just like any PC with a dual monitor. When used as a tablet, the touch screen is pretty easy to use, the stylus pen is very accurate, processor is fast, screen is very clear. I havent used an Ipad for work purposes; they actually replaced the Ipads here with Surface before i started working and my peers say the surface is a lot better. I think you just do a lot more with the Surfaces compared to Ipads in a work environment in my industry (automotive service). I have experienced a few bugs/issues, but our help desk is easy to access and pretty quick with patching in (normally issues with the applications/programs we use).

At home, I use a Macbook Pro, which I would prefer for using for web browsing, youtbe, etc.

That tiny screen would drive me crazy, I would have to have at least a 28 inch screen. Having been spoiled since I use a 50" as my monitor

Shameful, only 5 ports needed?

Currently just this:

As I only have iphone and a Powercore+ Mini and sometimes an Anker Nano speaker.

In UK there are folding pins types one but much higher cost and not as high Wattage.

I’ve got one of these at home too. Bought it when I realised I could fast charge my phone

Luckily residential dwellings aren’t subjected to strict fire marshall rules and visits. :scream:
