How do you determine Anker Soundcore Boost Firmware level?

I just bought (January 8, 2019) Anker Soundcore Boost bluetooth speaker.

I noticed there was an firmware update released in August 2018.

I do not know if it already on the version I bought. Is there a way to tell?

Also, I do not see any description of what the firmware update addresses or possible additional features it adds. Is there somewhere that I can find out information about the Aug 2018 firmware update content?

Any help or information would be appreciated.

Hi @bill36 it’s quite possible it shipped with the latest firmware installed, I know my SoundCore Zero did recently.

If you try to apply the firmware update, it should prompt you if it’s already at the latest version and/or it will just re-apply the firmware. Either way it will make sure your at the latest revision.
