How do i use the features on my floodlight camera?

looking for a user manual that explains how to talk to people in my driveway, how do you set off the alarm, how do you disarm the alarm, what does customization consist of??? Installed and hooked up but thus far i can only take a peak at the driveway or watch short videos…I am very Tech - dumb (Over 60 club :))
