HomeVac S11 Squeaky wheels

I got HomeVac S11 yesterday. The small wheels on the front of the brush are making annoying squaling noise and moving the floor brush. Is it a defect, a known issue, and what can be done to remedy it? see video

Try a little bit of spray oil on the wheel axles.
