Homekit problem with snapshot Every 10s

Hi, i have a problem with my eufycam 2c. Homekit don,t update with the most recent snapshot every 10sec. Have you a solution ? The exposition doesn’t update. Thank you for your help. It works normaly with my Logi circle 2. Thank you.

@Manulder Thank you for letting us know your concern.

For the snapshot setting, we have set the device as the power-saving mode. So the snapshot has been set up as the 10 mins time frame.

If the device hasn’t been trigger within 10 mins, the snapshot is shown as the old recording image. If the camera has been triggered, the snapshot will be updated.

Also, the image will be updated every 10 mins even there is no trigger occurred.

Thank you for your return but why in the homekit instructions it s spécify 10sec ? Thank you for your answer.

I find that I have to open the Home App and have it open for a few minutes for it to update the cameras. Sometimes it can show several days since the last update.

I am still seeing this same behavior. I’m an iOS developer working on an app that uses HomeKit, and can’t get the snapshots to update even when calling the takeSnapshot() method directly.
