Homebase no longer connects - LED blinking red

Hi, everything worked more or less (despite some well documented bugs almost everyone was experiencing) until yesterday when the hombase suddenly and for no apparent reason went offline.

Nothing was changed, it just lost the connection to the network and is stuck that way since yesterday.

I tried restarting, resyncing, turning it off, deleting it from the app, logging out of the app, restarting the router and everything else I could think of but the homebase just no longer connects to the internet. The LED will blink red ever since, never turns white.

On the switch which it is connected to, I see traffic packets are being sent (LEDs blinking) but the router itself no longer recognizes the homebase as a network device as there’s no IP

Last time I checked (which was yesterday), HB firmware was still 1.5.9.

Don’t know what else to do, any suggestions?

Same here. Did troubleshooting with eufy support which didnt resolve the issue. I just received a replacement, but immediately have the same issue. I’ve directly connected a couple other devices to my router to make sure the ports are working and they are. I’m going to see if it will connect at a buddy’s house, but I’m wondering if they just sent me back my original or another faulty one.
