Homebase - Flashing Red

I just bought my EufyCam with HomeBase.

I’ve tried setting up my HomeBase but I cant get the red flashing light to go solid. I’ve tried formatting the SD card and resetting the device.

Any other suggestions?

When setting up the homebase make sure that the Ethernet cable is plugged into it and the router, it can take up to a minute for the light to turn from red to white. Also make sure that you have the app downloaded and installed on your phone and follow the instructions on the ap
