Homebase E wi-fi issue

Hi! I have some issues when I try to connect my homebase with wi-fi. It seems that it is impossible to connect the homebase to the router due to the fact that I cannot enter the 24 characters password of my home network (I can enter 20 characters only). Any suggestion?

Not sure if all routers have this feature, but, a temporary work around until this is resolved: Create a guest access point with a unique SSID, 20 character password and WPA2 encryption. Existing cameras, if any, can stay connected to the original SSID. All the cameras show up in the app even though they are using different WiFi SSID’s. Changing to another WiFi point is straight forward using the app. As an aside, the guest access point I created does not have “Access Intranet” rights assigne…
