I’m running an Homebase 3 with three cams since three weeks and the system works fine.
However, it happened already two times that a custom security mode that I defined in the app (Android 13, German version) just disappeared from the app after using them for a while. I had to recreate it again.
What’s wrong here?
Although I do not have a homebase 3, I would think the app would work similar to all.
Just to make sure, did you have an update of the device or the app recently.
Unsure where the custom settings is kept (app vs device but will assume device)
There were no recent updates.
The settings are probably kept on the device, since when you create them, they also appear in other accounts that have shared control.
