I have set up my Homebase 3 while I am waiting for my video doorbell to be installed. The homebase isn’t connected to anything except power. I was asleep when out of nowhere the alarm went off. I have no idea what triggered it. This is where I jumped onto the internet to find out why? So far the only information I have found is how to turn the alarm off, not an answer to my question.
I am disturbed by the number of questions in this forum that AREN’T being answered by tech support, is this forum a place for people to come to, to just waste their valuable time?
I will be emailing tech support with a copy paste of my problem.
