Home base 2 doesn't connect

Hello,

My home base doesn’t connect and the blue light doesn’t appear.

I Tried to do several thing in order to fix it according to your support website but nothing worked.

I Copied the following link to my computer that is connected with the same network with my Homebase to see if I could see your IP address “103.91.159.28” but I got another ip address.

What should I do in order to fix it?

It looks like one IP is your broadband, and the other IP is in HK. Are you using a VPN or remotely connected to another network when you checked the IPs? It’s possible you have something in place to route traffic weirdly or are using a proxy as well.
