I do not remember much, but I seem to recall looking up oppo and seeing their “dash” fast charge was different than most other techs on the market but that it was compatible with power IQ (just no quick charge feature). The charge spec is also higher than a lot of standarda at the moment so I would suggest going with their OEM branded systems until other better options roll out.
For a power bank you should be able to run any of the power banks except for qualcomm quick charge ones. They will just charge at the highest level, so a power IQ one will just max out its current potential.
