Help! broken wall charger

hello community!
Can someone give me some nifty idea how I could repair my wall charger?
Unfortunately I can´t longer glue the pieces.
It´s my favorite and I want to try to repair it
I´ll be so grateful if you lend me your ideas and help

Sad to see the charger broken :frowning: , how long since you bought it @Daiross

Since the Metal Prong / PIN is out, will be tough to get it working, and even so, a health & safety issue (to avoid any short-circuit / electrical shock while using) , I would advice not to use the charger, try alternate chargers

Give it a try with Anker Support support@anker.com if they may have any options / resolution :+1:

For safety I would not attempt a repair myself, I would go the route of either logging with support if it’s within warranty or take the plunge and buy a replacement or upgraded model (with recycling of the older charger).

I have it for a year and used it every day in my work especially!

You’re right! I´ll buy a new one

@Shenoy @ndalby you are absolutely right, it is best not to take risks.

@Daiross Powerport 2 Elite has 18 months warranty, and since it is only a year of use, I would still check with support, try my luck

Best of luck :+1:

I am sorry for the lost but better safe than sorry.

Your warranty covers for reasonable use. There is an argument the item failed to last under normal use, Anker may either send you a replacement or a discount code, depending on their judgement of reasonable use.

If you not made a warranty claim before you need your order details and serial number. Your image is a little blurry but I think I see the S/N on the upper left corner of this image.

If you didn’t drop it, bend it, simply used it, I’d say the exclusions don’t apply.

I dropped my Powercore in water recently and it broke, I deemed that as not worthy of warranty claim.

The product may have had a defect in factory assembly, but the damage has been caused by my carelessness because I left it in my bag with many other heavy things that could cause the rupture when moving them roughly.

Ha, this would be a task for me.
It could be fixed of course but the prong will not be foldable.

So you’re just like me - honest.
