Headphones not going on!!!

My soundcore life q20s have been failing to go on even after been connected to charge overnight.

The led goes on to indicate charging, and even after a reset I am unable to turn them on.

They work fine on aux I just can’t turn them on and use Bluetooth.

If they work with the aux-cable the headphones definitely turn on.
So there is something wrong with the bt connection.
Delete the headphones from the bt list of your device and try a connection again.
